NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING of
HOPPERS CROSSING SOCCER CLUB INC ACN: A0011122L
Notice is given to all members of Hoppers Crossing Soccer Club (“Club”) that the Annual General Meeting of the Club will be held at 7:00 pm on Thursday 16th November 2017 at Grange Reserve, 260-280 Hogans Road, Hoppers Crossing.
Official notice of the 2017 Annual General Meeting and nomination forms can be accessed HERE.
Prior to the meeting (by 7PM Thursday 9th November 2017) members will have the opportunity to:
- raise any Special Business item/s
- nominate for a position on the Executive Committee
At the meeting, members will have the opportunity to:
- find out about the Club’s operations and finances
- ask questions about the operations and finances of the Club
- speak about any items on the agenda
At the meeting, members will be asked to vote to:
- accept the minutes of the last annual general meeting
- accept the annual report
- accept the annual financial statements
- elect Executive Committe / Directors
