2017 TEAMS
We at HCSC do everything possible to ensure each child can play in a team.  Although we never know who will be playing each year we do guarantee first preference to 2016 players – regardless of ability.

First preference however extends to being in a squad, once the squad is finalized, every player is an equal, no matter how long they have been at the club. HCSC do not advocate a win at all costs approach. We judge success on participation and enjoyment. A win is nice but not necessary at junior level. Having fun and being part of a club are the most important things. THE GRADING OF SQUADS VIA EACH PLAYERS ABILITY WILL ALSO ENSURE EACH PLAYER HAS A CHANCE TO DEVELOP AT HIS/HER LEVEL.
